SMS Terms of Service

01What you'll receive

The Wrework SMS program is a low-frequency marketing service intended to keep waitlist subscribers informed about the AI Upskilling Launch and related Wrework initiatives. When you opt in, you may receive messages of the following types:

• Launch announcements — when the AI Upskilling Program opens or major new offerings become available.
• Manifesto follow-ups — occasional updates as we expand the Portfolio Economy framework, including new essays, research, or builder spotlights.
• Cohort and event invitations — early-access invitations to programs, workshops, or community events.

We do not send daily updates, drip sequences, or unrelated promotional content. If we don't have something worth telling you, we won't text you.

02Frequency

Wrework sends approximately one to two messages per month on average. There may be brief periods (e.g. around the AI Upskilling Launch) when frequency is slightly higher, and longer periods of silence when nothing meaningful is happening. We design the program to respect your attention.

03Cost

Wrework does not charge you for receiving SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

04Opting in

To opt in, provide your mobile number on the SMS opt-in page at wrework.com/sms-opt-in and check the consent boxes confirming you agree to these terms. Your express written consent is recorded with timestamp and IP address for compliance purposes. Opting in is not a condition of any purchase, future enrollment, or other relationship with Wrework.

05Opting out

You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing SMS will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP to any Wrework message and you'll receive a response with contact information and a summary of these terms. You can also email hello@wrework.com for assistance.

07Carrier and delivery

Wrework messages are delivered via 10DLC long-code SMS in the United States. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. We do not guarantee delivery — message delivery is subject to your carrier's policies, network conditions, and your device's availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS service is currently available to US mobile numbers only. International numbers may not be supported.

08Data and privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We retain your number only as long as you remain opted in. When you opt out, your number is removed from our active marketing list within a reasonable period.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to opted-in users via SMS or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
