01Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Email addresses when you sign up for the AI Upskilling waitlist or other email lists.
• Phone numbers when you opt in to receive SMS messages from Wrework.
• Free-text responses when you submit feedback or fill out forms on the Site (e.g., "what do you think" responses).
• Communications you send to us via email or SMS.

We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This is standard server-log data used for security and aggregate analytics.

02How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you communications you've signed up for, including waitlist updates, manifesto follow-ups, and SMS messages you've opted in to receive.
• Respond to your inquiries, feedback, and support requests.
• Improve the Site, our content, and our future products based on aggregate user behavior.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

03SMS and phone numbers — special protections

We treat phone numbers and SMS-related data with extra care because they are uniquely sensitive. Specifically:

• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. This is a categorical commitment, not a default we might change.
• Phone numbers collected for SMS opt-in are used only to send you the messages you've opted in to receive, in accordance with our SMS Terms.
• SMS message content (your replies, your STOP/HELP requests) is logged for delivery and support purposes only.
• We retain your phone number only while you remain opted in. When you reply STOP, your number is removed from our active SMS list within a reasonable period.

04How we share information

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site (form processing via Formspree, SMS delivery via Twilio, email delivery, analytics). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
• Legal requirements if we are required by law, court order, or valid legal process to disclose information.
• Business transfers if Wrework is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

05Cookies and analytics

The Site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic functionality and may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the Site will continue to function normally.

06Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from email lists at any time using the link in each message; reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of SMS.
• Portability — request a copy of your information in a common, machine-readable format.

07Data retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the services you've signed up for and to comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

• Email addresses on the waitlist: until you unsubscribe.
• Phone numbers opted in to SMS: until you reply STOP or request deletion.
• Free-text feedback responses: indefinitely, but anonymized after a reasonable period.
• Server logs: typically up to 90 days for security and operational purposes.

08Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@wrework.com and we will delete it promptly.

09International users

Wrework operates from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers, via SMS to opted-in users where appropriate, or via prominent notice on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
