01What this site is

Wrework.com is a public-facing website containing essays, frameworks, and updates about the Portfolio Economy and Wrework's products. It also offers waitlist signups for the upcoming AI Upskilling Program and SMS-based updates. The Site does not currently provide paid services or formal agreements — those are governed separately when they launch.

02Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, informational, and lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access or copy substantial portions of the Site without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or harassing content via contact forms or feedback fields.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use the Site or its content in ways that violate applicable law.

03Intellectual property

The content on the Site — text, design, images, graphics, code — is owned by Wrework or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may share, link to, and quote reasonable portions of the manifesto and essays for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Wholesale republication without permission is not permitted.

04Waitlist signups and feedback

When you sign up for the AI Upskilling Program waitlist, SMS updates, or submit feedback through forms on this Site:

• You agree that we may contact you using the channel you provided (email or SMS), in accordance with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
• You confirm that the contact information you provide is yours, or that you are authorized to provide it.
• Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a spot in any future program, special pricing, or any other benefit.
• The AI Upskilling Program described on the Site is under development and may change in scope, format, pricing, or availability — or may not launch at all.
• Free-text feedback you submit may be used internally to improve our products and may be referenced in aggregate, anonymized form. We will not publicly attribute specific responses to you without consent.

05No warranty; site availability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content, or the availability and security of the Site. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrework will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any content on it. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

07Third-party links and services

The Site may link to other sites and services (including wrework.ai, Formspree, Twilio, and others). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

08Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
